About Me

Robbie has studied culinary arts at College of DuPage in Illinois.

Robbie studied Business Management at San Diego City College, California. He also served in the U.S. Army Reserve as a Plumber and in U.S Navy as a petty officer on board 2 Destroyers- the USS Oldendorf DD-972 and USS Hewitt DD-966. In the Navy, his duties included bookkeeping, procurement, and inventory control.

5. Star One Staffing Agency (temporary agencies with accounts around the Chicago area and suburbs).

7. In addition to the cooking positions I did wait tables for Denny's and the Olive Garden restaurants

8. I have catered numerous events from barbeques, brunches, weddings

9. I had booth space for the taste of Roselle

He has personally catered numerous events using the exquisite multi-ethnic creations from the menu Robbies Catering.
